Lets get outdoors for some climbing and bouldering in the spectacular arapalies national park. 

Trip Leader: Callum, Xan

Time: 8.30 meet at LTU Carpark 6 near sports centre to pack cars and orgainse carpoling.

Experience required:  Intermediate
Outdoor climbing is much harder than climbing in a gym, holds are not colored and the rocks can be a bit more abrasive. 

Destination: Mt arapalies/Toan National Park

Approx cost:  ~$30 for fuel, Gear hire, Camping fees TBC

What to bring: Sturdy runners or boots, Daypack, water, food (check with trip leader whats needed) Gear store will be open before trip. 

Camping gear - Bring or hire a tent, sleeping pad and bag. 

Climbing gear - bring shoes if you have them otherwise you will need to come along to gear store opening.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right gear. Trip leaders can answer questions you might have. If you dont have the right gear you may get left at uni and leaders might be unwilling to take you in the future.
