Location  -  Fairfield Park Dr, Fairfield VIC 3078 (Fairfield Boathouse)

Time :  16:30 ( we will be meeting at the Fairfield boathouse at the set time )

Experience required: Beginner 

Destination: Hola all 

we will be starting our hike along the yarra river starting at Fairfield boat house.

and we are gonna pass trough the FLYING FOX bat colony and walk along till we reach the stairs and take the same route back (apx 6 kms )

just a small tip before we head off .We don't want to disturb the wild life there so no loud music along the trail (mainly near the FLYING FOX bat colony) 

Hiking shoes and tracks are preferred on this hike : ) and make sure you bring in your Rain coat (Weather might change )

and

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right gear. Trip leaders can answer questions you might have. If you don't have the right gear you may get left at uni and leaders might be unwilling to take you in the future.

• You must be up to date with Covid Vaccinations in order to attend in-person club events
• All participants must wash hands/equipment before and after use
• Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. excessive coughing, sore throat) or are at higher risk (ie. have returned from overseas within the last 14 days or have close contact with a confirmed case) can not join the trip. Should anyone show any of the symptoms while in attendance, the trip will be cancelled immediately with an incident form filed to La Trobe Sport 
• If you are unable to attend, you must immediately notify the trip organiser so your spot can be offered to someone else
