Overnight hike planned. This trip will be suitable for those who havent done an overnight hike before (weather dependant)

Lets go for an overnight hike! Destination is TBC depenidng on experience of those interested and weather. Potentially Mt Feathertop, but there is more sheltered options that will be better if the weather isn't so great

Expect to be walking 10-15kms each day carrying all the gear you need.  We will be sleeping in tents and cooking on trangias/camp stoves

Signups will open start of May - lots of other adventures to attend in the meantime

Approx cost: $70-120 depending on location  (Fuel + gear hire (max $15 if hired from club for weekend) + food

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right gear. Trip leaders can answer questions you might have. If you don't have the right gear you may get left at uni and leaders might be unwilling to take you in the future.

• The club strongly reccomends you are up to date with Covid Vaccinations All participants shoud wash hands/equipment before and after use
• Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. excessive coughing, sore throat) or are a close contact can not join the trip.
• Should anyone show any of the symptoms while in attendance, the trip will be cancelled immediately with an incident form filed to La Trobe Sport 
• If you are unable to attend, you must immediately notify the trip organiser so your spot can be offered to someone else
