Bush Search and Rescue (BSAR) is holding training weekend on the 1st - 2nd of June in Mt Disappointment State Forest

Bush Search and Rescue Victoria is a volunteer search and rescue group that hosts events to train the members and prospective members a few times per year. The LUMC has members involved in BSAR and on the call out list if someone get lost or injured in the bush that requires a large scale search or the terrain is too tricky for non-hikers.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about Bush Search and Rescue if you are curious as well!
