La Trobe Uni Mountaineering Club Annual General Meeting
Come nominate and be a part of the Committee for 2024-25
 
Everyone is welcome! Come along and vote for next years committee.
This year will be both in person & Zoom
In person - arrive at 1755hrs and the meeting will commence at 1800hrs

Secretary (elected by the newly selected committee at the first committee meeting)
Deputy positions (these roles are roles that the committee has identified as needing assistance, but aren't part of the committee - a person can have a committee position as well as deputies). These will be appointed at committee meeting straight after AGM

4. Election of 2024-25 committee 
 
Short committee meeting following AGM
1. Confirmation of membership fees for year
2. Election of deputies
3. Appointent of Secretary

All positions will be vacant and we are looking for lots of new members to join in and help out, we welcome members with any level of experience.

You may nominate for as many committee positions as you wish, however (with the exception of the Secretary) you can only be elected to 1 role.

There is lots of tasks in addition to committee roles that we would love help with!

If you can't attend the AGM - we would appreciate you filling in a proxy form so you can still have your say and help make sure we meet quorum (minimum number of people required at meeting)
