Bush Search and Rescue (BSAR( is holding a GPS Training and Skills Day on the 2nd of March 2019 at Jells Park.

This training is for BSAR members and prospective members at all levels of GPS skills.

Experienced attendees will mentor less experienced attendees in the field.

Bush Search and Rescue Victoria is a volunteer search and rescue group that hosts events to train the members and prospective members a few times per year. The LUMC has members involved in BSAR and on the call out list. If someone get lost or injured in the bush that requires a large scale search.

This is a great opportunity to learn GPS skills from the leaders in search and rescue in Victoria. There will be two courses to practice throughout the day and a BBQ lunch.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about Bush Search and Rescue if you are curious as well!
