It will be a casual affair, and there will probably be a bit of club discussion/data entry involved.

Where: In Macleod (walking distance from uni- Address will be provided at ~4.15pm to those who register)
What: dinner, and probably a tiny bit of data entry/followup after o-week sports carnival
(the food will be GF / Vegan ... and vegan icecream!!) no need to bring any food!!
