You get a map with checkpoints, come explore, find checkpoints and get some exercise and as many points you can find in 1hr

Time: 6.15-6.30 departure from LaTrobe area (TBC)
Experience required: Beginner - I will be doing the powerwalk course - No experience necessary
Bring: Water, runners, entry fee, watch, headtorch if you have one
