Ski overnight trip planned (location TBC dependant on snow conditions, hopefully Mt Stirling).  Come XC Skiing with us! It may be possibel for you to come on snowshshoes.  This trip does have some minimum requirements, talk to trip leader before signing up if you aren't sure

Time: Early early Saturday morning

Experience required:  Intermediate  You should have been overnight hiking before, have demonstrated you can pack gear and mastered ford and have the required gear.  If you want to ski rather than snowhsoe, you will need to have been xc skiing this year and be able to ski with pack without falling over (too much)

Destination: Depends on snow Mt St Gwinear, Mt Stirling or Falls Creek most likely

Approx cost: ~$90 (Fuel ~$30-50 + ~$30 resort entry + gear hire (max $25 if hired from club) + food

Gear The questions below will help the trip organiser work out who needs to hire what.  Skis/boots/poles ($15 for weekend). Other items capped at $25 if hired from club)

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right gear. Trip leaders can answer questions you might have. If you dont have the right gear you may get left at uni and leaders might be unwilling to take you in the future.
