Day walk planned

Come ‘hunt’ for these colourfully painted UooUoo sculptures around inner Melbourne. There’s 100 of them to celebrate 150 years of the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation. It’s a bit like geocaching or orienteering.

Meet at 10:30am at the Sir William John Clarke Memorial in Treasury Gardens, right next to the Treasury Building on Spring St. Easy to get to with public transport.

As we’ll be in inner Melbourne, we can walk as far or as little as we want and you can leave at any time if you need to head off. Make sure your phone is fully charged and you’ve downloaded the UooUoo app

•  Wherever possible, members should walk, ride, catch public transport or drive themselves to start location. Where this is not possible car pooling may be considered. The trip organiser will discuss this with you.
• You must respect physical distancing and maintain 1.5m distance between other participants wherever possible. 
• Masks must be worn in accordance with government guidelines. Where it is not safe/feasible to wear a mask (eg kayaking) it must be carried and worn whereever practicable.
• All participants must wash hands/equipment before and after use
• Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. excessive coughing, sore throat) or are at higher risk (ie. have returned from overseas within the last 14 days or have close contact with a confirmed case) can not join the trip. Should anyone show any of the symptoms while in attendance, the trip will be cancelled immediately with an incident form filed to LaTrobe Sport 
• If you are unable to attend, you must immediately notify the trip organiser so your spot can be offered to someone else
